Don't know why no one has thought of it but a tin of beans on toast does the trick.My mother in law was suffering the other week and I said have u a tin of beans even as she was eating them her belly was rumbling It worked x

cooked beetroot (without vinegar) and lots of it. Makes the wee red, so dont panic - and usually helps things along!Blushing

i make home made soup, my family swear by it,ie if you can have lots veg and fruit, drink fluids often to flush the system this also helps the skin.all the best.i also like the curry idea!OH and a good book
